Understanding COE Results
COE prices are determined through a competitive bidding system managed by the Land Transport Authority (LTA). Two bidding exercises are held each month. The Quota Premium (QP) is the price at which the last successful bid was made. The Prevailing Quota Premium (PQP) is the 3-month moving average of QP, used for COE renewal calculations.
